A 50% deposit is required for all new client appointments and is applied toward your total at checkout.

Deposits remain fully refundable or transferable when appointments are adjusted outside of the cancellation window.

To maintain the quality and timing of our one-on-one appointments, we kindly require advance notice for any changes:

• 5 business days → 50% of the scheduled service total
• 2 calendar days → 100% of the scheduled service total
• Same-day cancellations & no-shows → 100% of the service total

These fees apply to changes made within the cancellation window, regardless of reason.

Appointments adjusted outside of these timeframes are not charged.

A service fee is applied to all appointments at checkout. This fee supports the operational costs required to provide mobile grooming services.

This fee is not gratuity for the groomer and will be included in all price estimates given.
