Danielle is a highly skilled pet stylist with over a decade of professional grooming experience, beginning her career in 2013. She is a proud member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America and holds advanced certifications including AKC S.A.F.E., Fear Free, Canine Massage, and Pet First Aid.

Before founding Dandi Pawz, Danielle trained in two of Charlotte’s top grooming salons and a veterinary clinic, shaping the foundation of the luxury, safety-focused experience she brings to every appointment.

Known for her calm, intuitive approach, Danielle specializes in puppies, large breeds, double-coated dogs, and pets with anxiety—earning her the nickname “the animal whisperer.”

Dandi Pawz was built on her belief that grooming should be rooted in trust, compassion, and individualized care.

✨ Fun fact: Danielle was scouted twice for HBO Max’s grooming competition series Haute Dog.

Sarah has been a dedicated professional groomer since 2013 and is known for her exceptional skill, calm presence, and attention to detail. She is consistently in high demand, earning the trust of both pets and their families through her expertise and care.

She specializes in doodles, puppies, breed-standard clips, large dogs, and creative grooming, combining technical precision with an artistic eye to deliver beautifully finished grooms.

With a background in dog training, Sarah has a strong understanding of canine behavior, allowing her to create a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for every dog in her care. She is also committed to continued education, regularly attending seminars and advanced training to refine her skills.

Outside of grooming, Sarah is passionate about rescue work and has fostered and personally rescued multiple animals. She is also a devoted mom and dog owner to her four pups—a German Shepherd duo, a Standard Poodle, and a Pitbull mix.

 Ash has over 12 years of grooming experience and began her career after friends in the industry encouraged her to try working as a dog bather, she loved it so much she never left the profession. She is certified in Pet First Aid & CPR and takes a holistic, gentle approach to grooming, focusing on keeping each dog comfortable and never pushing them past their limits.

Ash loves building one-on-one connections with every dog and especially enjoys grooms where she can add personality, her favorite finishing touch being the perfect “bubble butt” trim.

Before becoming a groomer, Ash worked in hair and makeup in Los Angeles, even doing makeup for President Joe Biden.

At home, she is a proud pet parent to Maya and Violet Ortiz, who inspire the same love and care she brings to every dog she grooms.
