We require a letter of recommendation from your vet to make sure your pet has been evaluated by a medical professional prior to receiving these services. This is to make sure there is no existing issues with these areas and these are necessary services that your pet needs to receive.
Inner ear and gland expressions are consider internal medical services and we are canine aestheticians which means we specialize in coat and skin only.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made five (5) full business days prior to the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Cancellations or reschedules made within two (2) full calendar days of the appointment are charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
Fees apply regardless of reason. Canceling future appointments does not waive outstanding fees.
At Dandi Pawz, our goal is to ensure every pet receives the highest level of care, comfort, and professionalism. Our Client Service Agreement allows us to maintain clear communication, uphold our safety standards, and create a consistently smooth experience for both you and your pet.
Because our policies and best practices may evolve, the agreement is updated yearly or as deemed necessary and must be re-signed to remain current. Once completed, the agreement automatically applies to all appointments booked, including future and recurring visits, so your pet’s care remains seamless from appointment to appointment.
This agreement simply provides a polished, transparent foundation—allowing us to deliver the luxury, personalized service Dandi Pawz is known for.
No, we do not offer discounts for multiple dog homes or for scheduling the same day as a neighbor. Services still take the same amount of time per pet and would not be fair to our staff to charge less for the same amount of work completed.
We currently have one groomer who grooms the kitties! Ask for Sarah!
The frequency of grooming depends on the breed, hair length, and coat type of your pet. We recommend bringing your pet in for grooming every 4-8 weeks. A dog’s skin cycle is 20 days and they should be bathed to help remove dead skin and unwanted oil buildup to maintain healthy skin.

Each service comes with ear cleaning, nails clipped and filed, teeth brushing and freshen spray, paw and nose balm, bandanna or speciality accessory, coat conditioning, and cologne mist.

Puppies will need all their vaccines prior to their first appointment but should be introduced to grooming at home while they wait and than at the groomer shortly after their last shots.
It‘s best to plan ahead and prebook them in so they will have an appointment when they are ready for grooming.
Always start puppies with a bath or tidy up service since a full groom is not always possible their first time. The first couple appointments should be introductory sessions to help get them use to the process. It’s important to not have high expectations of your pet or groomer for your pets first professional grooming experiences.

We take cleanliness VERY seriously! Cleaning and disinfecting not only makes our work area look and smell nice it’s also important to keep your pet healthy by preventing the spread of viruses and bacteria.
We clean and disinfect our salon and tools between appointments to help prevent cross contamination among pets.
How we clean;
•Vet grade 256 cleaner in addition to disinfectant sprays and wipes for surface cleaning.
•Barbicide jars & cleaner, plus tool disinfecting sprays for clipper blades and small tools.
•UV light disinfectant for full salon disinfecting
•Autoclaves to disinfect scissors and other metal equipment.
