WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Proof of current Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations for each pet is required.
  • A CURRENT picture of each pet must be submitted, this helps us give a proper estimated price prior to booking.
  • All red starred sections must be filled out for your request to process through. If any information is left out or not completed the form will automatically be rejected. 
  • A card on file is required for all clients.
  • We ask that you please read the client agreement prior to submitting your request. By signing  and submitting you agree to all client policies. 


We may not be able to accommodate all request based on service area, 

type of service, or breed type and size. If openings become available these will factor if an opening is offered.

A 50% DEPOSIT is required for all new client appointments. This deposit is applied toward the 

total at checkout.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made five (5) full business days prior to the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled service total.


Cancellations or reschedules made within two (2) full calendar days of the appointment are charged 100% of the scheduled service total.


Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the service total.


Fees apply regardless of reason.

Service Fees

A $20 Service fee is applied to all appointments at checkout. This fee supports the operational costs required to provide mobile grooming services.


This fee is not gratuity for the groomer and will be included in all price estimates.
