
We may not be able to accommodate all request based on service area,
type of service, or breed type and size.
If we are unable to accommodate your request you can request to be
placed on our waitlist or can request referrals for similar businesses.
A 50% DEPOSIT is required for all new client appointments. This deposit is applied toward the
total at checkout.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Cancellations or reschedule requests made five (5) full business days prior to the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Cancellations or reschedules made within two (2) full calendar days of the appointment are charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
Fees apply regardless of reason.
A $20 Service fee is applied to all appointments at checkout. This fee supports the operational costs required to provide mobile grooming services.
This fee is not gratuity for the groomer and will be included in all price estimates.
